Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are highly recommended! We want to be able to provide you with the ultimate customer service experience and to do so we want to have a stylist and a dressing room available for you. We will do our best to fit you in at the next available time, but it is best to schedule an appointment so you do not have to wait.

When should I buy my wedding dress?

You should be purchasing your dress 8-12 months in advance. Yes that seems like a long time but the designers we carry are not making these dresses until you place your order. They are meticulously constructed and with such an attention to detail they can take 4-6 months just to be constructed. You still need time for your merchandise to ship and be tailored to your body when it arrives.

How many people should I bring to my appointment?

We recommend bringing no more than 2-3 guests. This is to ensure that you are able to focus on finding the wedding dress of your dreams. On Saturdays this rule is strictly enforced as it is our busiest day of the week and each of our bridal quadrants has a seating limit of 3 guests. We recommend scheduling a weekday appointment in it is important for you to bring more people with you.

Do you have an in-house seamstress?

We do not have an in-house seamstress for two specific reasons:

  1. It takes an incredibly skilled person to alter a wedding gown and most of those skilled seamstresses already have their own shops.
  2. We know that you are on a budget and that it is important to find a seamstress that fits into your wedding budget.

We have an excellent list of seamstresses that we recommend for alterations. They are all extremely talented and we have seen their work many times. We can always make a specific recommendation based on your location, budget or needs.
